8 hours training – Our American Heart Association Heartsaver® Pediatric First Aid CPR AED course teaches participants how to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives, and how they differ from adults.

AHA® Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED

Child care workers, Teachers, Foster care workers, camp counselors, Youth organizations, Coaches for children’s sports organizations, Others responsible for children including parents, grandparents, babysitters, and guardians.
Course duration: 8 hours training. (full day training)
Course structure: In the Instructor-led format, students participate in video-based lessons and learning stations. Students work with our AHA Instructor to complete the First Aid, CPR and AED skills practice and skills testing.
Pedagogic tools: participant manual, video.
Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, including first aid, CPR and AED skills test, students receive a Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED course completion card valid for two years.
